Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect operated alone with the toy gun. Moruf added that the apprehended individual, along with the confiscated fake pistol, has been transferred to the Obalende Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation and potential prosecution, following the directive of the Corps Commander, Soji Ganzallo.
This incident follows a previous arrest by the So-Safe Corps, as reported earlier, involving one Kabiru Adedotun, a suspected notorious Eye Confraternity cultist. Adedotun was apprehended while carrying a cut-to-size pistol, and both the suspect and the seized exhibit were transferred to the Nigeria Police Force for further investigation and likely prosecution.
