Angry Nigerian asked: Is NIN eCard issue after death?

As more Nigerians continued to decry the delay in issuance of their national identity card by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), OgunToday has gotten hold of an angry letter written by a Nigerian to the Director General of the Commission regarding the delay in issuing him/her the NIN eCard.

The writer of the letter said is almost four years now since he registered and wonders if it is after one’s death that the commission will issue the card to him.
