During the presentation of a 500 KVA transformer to the Federal College of Education in Osiele Abeokuta, located in the Odeda Local Government Area, Alhaji Ademola Balogun, the Commissioner for Community Development and Cooperatives, assured citizens of the government’s continuous efforts to improve their lives.

Represented by Alhaji Fatai Ogunlana, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Commissioner Balogun highlighted that the current administration prioritizes inclusivity and does not discriminate against any residents of Ogun State. This commitment was exemplified by the donation of the 500 KVA transformer to the Federal College of Education, as stated by the commissioner.
Dr. Rafiu Soyele, the Provost of the Federal College of Education, expressed appreciation for the transformer donation, acknowledging its positive impact on the institution. He also urged the state government, in a manner akin to Oliver Twist, to consider additional support. Soyele emphasized the importance of safeguarding the transformer against vandalism by unscrupulous elements to ensure its continued benefits to the college and its community.
