IPAC, responding to last Saturday’s decision affirming Governor Abiodun’s election, noted procedural flaws in Mr. Ladi Adebutu’s petition. IPAC emphasized that legal proceedings rely on fairness and objectivity rather than technicalities, urging Adebutu and his legal team to have provided crucial information upfront.

The IPAC statement by its state chairman, Mr. Samson Okusanya, commended the judiciary and the Tribunal, led by Justice Hamidu Kunaza, urging the PDP and its candidate to discontinue their planned appeal and accept the tribunal’s decision.
