This summer, Sevilla has been in desperate need of a central defense, and it now seems that they may have found one of the continent’s most talented players.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Tanguy Nianzou of Bayern Munich has landed in Seville to finalize a transfer to Los Nervionenses.
According to El Desmarque, Sevilla will receive 75% of his rights for a cost that is estimated to be approximately €16 million plus € 4 million in variables. Nianzou will sign a five-year contract with Andalusia, but Bayern will keep the buyback option.
The 20-year-old Nianzou is highly respected by many German football fans. Nianzou, a strong defender who joined Bayern from Paris Saint-Germain, has made 28 appearances for the club. He has participated in 41 senior games overall for two of the top teams in European football.
