In their recent encounter, Rivers United suffered a 1-0 defeat to Niger Tornadoes during a week two game on Sunday. Meanwhile, Remo Stars secured a 2-1 victory against seven-time NPFL champions, Rangers.
Both teams are set for another round of matches on Wednesday. Rivers United will host Kwara United, while Remo Stars will be on the road against Bayelsa United.
