A 55-year-old man, Yesiru Salisu, has been arrested in Ogun State by the police for beign in pocession of human body parts.
The body parts found on him included four skulls, three jaws and two hands, police said.
The suspect, Yesiru was seen with a bag slung over his left shoulder in Ago-Iwoye area of the state and was accosted by residents who demanded to know what he was carrying in the bag, The Nation learnt.
The DPO, Ago-Iwoye Police Division, Paul Omiwole led detectives to the scene and found the bag filled with human parts.
The police detectives also fished out Salisu from the bush and apprehended him.
Ogun State police spokesman Abimbola Oyeyemi said Salisu will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) for further investigation and prosecution.
