Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, represented by the Governor’s Special Adviserr for Primary and Secondary Education, Mrs. Ronke Soyombo, who hinted this on the French International Day 2020 organized by the Ministry of Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, said at the Lisabi Grammar School that the ability to speak French has additional benefits in the job market.
Arigbabu describes teachers as a source of inspiration and motivation for future generations and challenges them to be more creative, productive, and engaging in the learning process, especially now that they are getting more and more awards from the state government.

In her speech, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Ms. Abosede Ogunleye, represented by the Director of Educational Support Services, Mr. Mayowa Odufuwa, said that capacity building and self-help in languages are key, therefore it is necessary to start professional and international courses in which they are asked to consider program possibilities to solve the difficulties they face in class.
Opening his welcoming address, President of the National Association of French Teachers at the Ogun Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Taiwo Ainde, said that learning French would allow students to easily navigate and communicate with more French teachers for business purposes at the behest of the government. across the country.
