Ogun State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Bimbo Ashiru, has debunked social media reports of his resignation.
He made the clarification on Friday shortly after an executive meeting in the Governor’s Office in Abeokuta.
He described the reports as untrue and false.
Ashiru was nominated as the Ijebu consensus governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress.
He said, “I remain a member of the council, it is one indivisible family committed to building a new Ogun State.
“I am committed to the stand and direction of the administration as regards the 2019 Ogun West agenda.”
