Abeokuta Club at 50
Faces at the 50th anniversary of Abeokuta Club held in Abeokuta, the State Capital. The club is a social and cultural club that became a movement shortly after its inception. Today, Abeokuta Club has become one of the leading social clubs in Nigeria. The clubhouse is based in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State, and it has a quality membership.
Governor Dapo Abiodun was there to celebrate the occasion with the The President of the Club, Tokunbo Odebunmi and the club members.
The governor used the occasion to canvass support and cooperation of the people of the state for his administration. He maintained his Administration’s resolve to evenly distribute resources across the State, while he craved the continuous cooperation of the club over his government progressive policies and programmes.
