Ogun State Head of Services (HoS), Mr. Abayomi Sobande, has called on all Civil Servants in the State, to be more committed and diligent in the discharge of their duties, towards sustaining the ethics of civil service.
This advice was given at the send-off party, organized by the Bureau of State Pension, for it out-gone Permanent Secretary Mr. Babatunde Agbaje and four other officers, who just retired from the bureau, Mrs. Sunday Elizabeth Oluwakemi, Mrs. Margret Bamidele moneme, Mr. Abdulai Babatunde Odungbori and Mr. Ojosipe Oluwafemi Rafiu.
Mr. Sobande who acknowledged the good conduct of Mr. Babatunde Agbaje and his contributions to the welfare of members of staff, implored other to emulate the good deeds of the retired Permanent Secretary, stressing that, very soon, efforts of every Civil Servant would be appreciated, during the 2018 civil service’s award night.
His words, ‘’When the State celebrates the good ones, the bad would also be recognized among the civil servants’’ Mr. Abayomi stated.
Describing Mr. Agbaje as a loyal and energetic leader, who gave his meritorious services to the State, the Director, Contributing Pension Scheme in the Bureau, Mr. Femi Ogundimu urged other members of staff to extend the support given to the out-gone Permanent Secretary to his successor.
