The Ogun State house of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of Governor Ibikunle Amosun’s new nominees for the post of Commissioners II &IV in the State Civil Service Commission following their screening earlier in the day.
The new commissioners are Mr. Mojeed- Ekelojumati and Adeleke Micheal Adebayo.
The Assembly had earlier screened the nominees during a meeting of the Committee of the Whole House Chaired by the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Suraju Adekunbi.
The speaker had charged them to put their experience to bear on the Civil Service Commission to further reposition it for effective service delivery to the state.
The confirmation of the new commissioners was thereafter done through a motion moved by the Majority Leader, Hon. Adeyinka Mafe, seconded by the Minority Leader, Hon. Olawale Alausa and supported by the Whole House through a voice vote.
