Information Nigeria in a report on its site said a notorious thief that have been terrorising the people of Ijagun village in Ijebu Ode has been arrested by the police.
According to the Information Nigeria’s reports, the thief who was identified as ‘Joe’, a name he was known with while an undergraduate at the Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun, had been terrorising the whole of Ijagun village in Ijebu-Ode before he was caught.
It seemed to be his lucky day the day he was caught, as the villagers chose to hand him over to the police, instead of carrying out jungle justice on him as most irate mobs have been known to do in recent times in Nigeria.
