Correction
Our apologies. We wrongly gave a wrong title to this post earlier. We titled it: The Bolojo Dance from Egbado-Yewa in Ogun State. We were wrongly misled by a post found on the social media. This music video’s correct title is BONOJO “Medley” (see it here on YouTube) and was done by international, Beninese music star ZEYNAB.
Zeynab Habib, whose real name is Oloukèmi Zeynab Abibou, is a Beninese singer of world music born on September 25, 1975, in Abidjan in Ivory Coast. (Source: Wikipedia)
She won the Kora Awards in 2005 in the Best Female Artist Category in West Africa and has been Unicef’s National Goodwill Ambassador since 2007.
She has also been nominated in two categories of the coming AFRIMA 2017 awards on WWW.AFRIMA.ORG.
