OGUN HOS CHARGES PUBLIC SERVANTS ON RE-DEDICATION TO DUTY

All Workers in Ogun public service have been charged to be more dedicated to duties, in order to foster economic growth to enable the State to attain financial independence.

The Ogun State Head of Service, Engr. Olanrewaju Bisiriyu gave the charge while addressing Committee of Heads of Local Government Administrators (HOLGA) in his office at Oke Mosan, Abeokuta. He tasked them to double up on their productivity and device means of generating more revenue, to ensure financial independence of their various councils.

He further implored them to ensure probity and accountability in the discharge of their duties and maintain a good relationship with their political heads, emphasizing that development could only thrive in an atmosphere of peace.

Earlier, the President of HOLGA, Mr. Olabintan Kasali, appreciated Government’s effort at restructuring the local government in the State and the appointment of 37 HOLGAs for administrative convenience.
